I would like to return an order for a full refund. To whom do I address it?

Under no circumstances, JEC will accept returns without prior notification. And the product should be returned to JEC within 30 days from the invoiced date. After 30 days, 25 % restocking fee will apply. JEC products should be returned in the original packaging, in new and saleable condition for full refund. Returns/Cancellations will not be accepted for special/customized orders such as Customized Phase Fabric, Non-Phase Fabric, Wish List Fabric and etc. JEC will refund your credit card, mail the refund check or offer store credit. Any additional shipping and handling fee of return or exchange of the product will be responsibility of the customers.
