I would like to return an order for a full refund. To whom do I address it?

If a customer wishes to return an order, JEC must be notified first within 30 days of shipping with invoice. Under no circumstances will JEC accept a return order without prior notification, or for publication items. Customized orders, orders of our wish list fabric, or other high-priced items may be subject to a restocking fee.
